Always use a KitchenAid mixer. You will note that her brand new red KitchenAid is shown in the picture. It was a gift from husband Scott on Valentine’s Day.

A kitchenaid mixer is a MUST for every cook-I love mine and my daughter has the industrial strength just for holiday cookies!
My sister and mother have the special versions of KitchenAid that include a personalized mixing bowl. They love seeing their names etched on the bowls!
I LOVE my Kitchenaid. I could never bake a proper cake until I got one. Now my cakes are perfection, almost every time. I am a definite fan of the Kitchenaid.

I would agree…they are the best! My former roommate had one and I used it all the time. Now that she up and left me to get married, I am on the hunt for a Kitchenaid! The price is steep, but it’s worth it!

I’ve never even owned a Kitchenaid and now I think I need to run out and buy one! If I’d look half that good standing next to one, it would be worth any price.
