Candee Mumm:

Ben: Do you have a recipe for Red Velvet Cake? I’ve tried a couple from cookbooks I have on hand, but they are just not quite “the” recipe I want. I would appreciate any help you can give me to find the best Red Velvet Cake recipe. Thank you, Candee

Hi Candee… yes, one of the faithful readers has an excellent recipe for Red Velvet Cake. The secret (as you probably know) is the cream cheese frosting!

In the Starling house, we prefer a little cake with a lot of frosting!

I will have the recipe posted shortly.
