This coming week is dedicated to seafood and all things tropical.   Featured will be seafood recipes, gourmet gifts from the ocean, and reviews relating to restaurants and fun times at seafood establishments.

My favorite seafood recipe couldn’t be simpler. I buy thick salmon filets, very fresh. I get a pan very hot and add a little pil. I cook the filets 3 mins. on one side and 4 mins on the other (this makes them slightly rare.) Season as desided, top with teriyaki sauce, or mango salsa, and serve with a green salad. Salmon cooked that way is butter tender, moist, and super flavorful.
