Caramel Apple Dip

1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Apple slices

Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla together until smooth.

Serve with apple slices.

Sprinkle chopped nuts on apples, if desired.
