Only fellow foodies can fully appreciate the look upon Denise Plunkett’s face as she indulges on a hot Krispy Kreme.

Be sure and check out Paula Deen’s recipe for bread pudding – the basis is a dozen Krispy  Kreme’s!  Needless to say, it is a winning recipe!

In addition to being a great baker, Donna E. Godfrey is a whiz with the sewing machine.  After a special request I made for ‘felt foods’ for my niece and nephews, she whipped out some awesome things (see pictures).   So, I have encouraged her to make the creations available to everyone… www.donnacraft.com

My niece and nephews are younger and are having a blast playing kitchen, tea parties, etc.  Also, it is a great educational tool to teach young children about food, spelling, pronunciation, colors, etc.   The first shipment of felt food was such a hit, I commissioned two more shipments and each box is highly anticipated from these kids… as well as their parents!

Finally, wonderful food with no calories!

You won’t believe the beautiful color and flavor of this delicious ice cream. If you are not fond of lavender you can reduce the amount, or leave it out— the ice cream will still be gorgeous, the cinnamon is a wonderful compliment to the blueberries.

Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

The cupcakes were scrumptious with a moist and tender cake. The frosting had a great peanut flavor and wasn’t too sweet. We had the SNDsters top their own cupcakes with cacao nibs and M&M minis. They were enjoyed by all.
