The stuffed baked potatoes are made using 2-pound potatoes that are about 7-8 inches long and about 4-inches wide. At Mike Anderson’s BBQ in Dallas, they are split and stuffed with every imaginable combination of cheese and sour cream, bacon, onions, jalapenos, olives etc. and then topped with chopped beef, pork, chicken, ham, sausage, etc. and a healthy dose of barbecue sauce. I couldn’t decide if I thought that sounded heavenly or a little too much, but I was intrigued.

My friend, Paul Dinin loves anything bacon! In fact, he is the only person I know that can eat pounds of bacon as an afternoon snack. Paul is brilliant, most interesting and someone that I have come to respect and appreciate. We always have a great time chatting about politics, religion, travel, life, food, and favorite dishes that include bacon.
Paul is a terrific foodie and brought this most unique lollipop to my attention. A maple bacon concoction that is sure to be one lick you would never forget. This lick-able gourmet treat is sold by San Francisco based, Lollyphile.
I am not sure if Paul has ever tried this product, but if you are daring and decide to give it a lick, please let Living2Eat readers know!

“I’ll take one in every color” said Burma Davis Posey.
Photographed on her dining room table are the KitchenAid mixers she purchased as part of an exciting new project that she was to launch. Although a bit delayed with the plan, you will hear about Burma’s project one of these days.

… Garrett Sutton is enjoying chocolate dipped strawberries!
Garrett’s mother, Bobbi Su, is my cousin (and Granny Louise’s granddaughter) and she bakes one of the best pound cakes you have ever eaten.
